Bailey Medical Center Announces New Chief Executive Officer

Owasso, OK – Keith Mason has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bailey Medical Center.  Mason joined the Owasso hospital as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2008 and has served as interim CEO since January of this year.

Mason brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience to his appointment. Prior to joining Bailey Medical Center, he served as CNO and interim CEO at Ochsner Medical Center – Baton Rouge in Louisiana. Mason has also held CNO positions at Harris Hospital in Newport, AR; Martin General Hospital in Williamston, NC; and River Region Health System in Vicksburg, MS.; and was interim CNO at Helena Regional Medical Center in Helena, AR. In addition, he was COO at Bay Medical Center and was CNO/COO at Columbia Northside Medical Center, both in St. Petersburg, FL.

  Mason earned his registered nurse degree from Newcastle General Hospital in England and his bachelor of arts degree from Northwood University in England. He and his wife, Carolyn, have two sons, Christopher and Stephen.
